He pays attention to his customers needs and fills them personally. His customer service is great because he answers most requests sent to him by mail. He personally delivers the toys, and even stays for a cookie and milk. I bet Henry Ford didn't hand deliver the Model T and Bill Gates doesn't personally answer all his mail.
